I have no words to express the shock and disgust I feel that Kate McCann should have written the book for her children and include something like that.
I was shocked to the core when I heard about this comment in her book. If it were my daughter I would possibly have visions that she was injured or dead but that particular part of her anatomy being torn apart would not even enter my head, it's just weird for a mother to even think that never mind put it in a book!
