Enfants Kidnappés 17/11/08 - Are Kate and Gerry McCann innocent or guilty?

Forged pieces of writing and death threats.

This is the question we should be asking at this stage. To answer it, we must ask another essential question: Was Maddie abducted or not? If to legal professionals, who have followed this case closely from the start, it was very quickly evident, as well as to the PJ, that over time, the theory of abduction became less and less plausible, the facts revealed by SOS Madeleine McCann on November 11th have dealt a death blow to the theory of kidnapping.

This is also the admission of one of the detectives of the Spanish agency Metodo3, hired by the McCann parents to find Madeleine, who we learn were not hired to find Madeleine but indeed to direct public opinion (and perhaps the PJ) towards Spain or Morocco, the purpose being to manipulate the media and the public by inventing false leads in both these countries also causing the slowing down of the investigation. (The PJ had to check out these many false leads every time.) Thus, journalists were invited to interview "witnesses" paid by the said agency to say they had seen Madeleine. If these revelations are true, and there is no reason to doubt them, we can, in any case, bring doubt to bear on all of the statements of many of the witnesses who stated having seen Madeleine. Above all concerning witnesses who happened by chance, at some time, to have a connection with the McCann family, notably via the Netherlands.

Abducted or died?

Another question comes to mind: Why weren't the detectives hired to find Madeleine, contrary to what was shouted loudly and clearly by parents broken down by the "abduction" of their much loved little girl? Why did the parents hire detectives to put on a huge media show and slow down the ongoing investigation instead of finding their little girl? The only plausible answer to that question, is that the parents knew perfectly well that Madeleine was not abducted. But, then, what has become of Madeleine? Still on the basis of the truth of statements from SOS Madeleine, there too, the only answer that comes to mind is: the death of the little girl. This hypothesis is the one which has the most consistency and is the track maintained by the PJ investigators in agreement with their British counterparts.

So, guilty or innocent?

If Madeleine died, which seems to be so obvious as to be the truth, it happened by accident. The little girl's parents are not cold-bloodied killers. Two hypothesis are held. The first is death following an overdose ofCalpol , of which the proportion of sedative is more significant in Portugal than in the UK. Maddie allegedly awoke in a semi-conscious state, allegedly stumbled, banged herself violently and died of her injuries. Another suggested hypothesis and which largely takes precedence, is the theory according to which Kate allegedly argued with Madeleine. During this argument, Kate allegedly made an unfortunate move, Madeleine was knocked against an edge or a corner of a piece of furniture, she bled profusely and died quickly. ( whiplash in banging herself for example).

In short, a terrible tragedy for the parents. In both cases the parents are facing a few years in prison. Be it for manslaughter, in the first instance: be it for "involuntary blows and injuries causing death without the intention to do so," in the second case. With a major difference with regards to Portugal: in the eyes of the law, if there was negligence towards the child, the couple's other children would be immediately placed with Portuguese social services WITH NO possibility of their being returned to their British family!!! It was clear that as well as the misfortune and pain of losing Madeleine, it was urgent to protect the twins. Also, a member close to Gerry, being the main "financial backer" of the British Prime Minister's political party, was contacted on the same evening as Madeleine's "disappearance" by Kate (on her own admission), Then the media, via sky News, helped to launch an unprecedented media machine at the moment when the PJ's director received, in the middle of his dinner in Lisbon, a call on his mobile phone from the British embassy informing him of the disappearance of a little British girl while the local police were not yet on the spot! In the parents' place, in the same situation, with the connections they have, would we not have done the same thing to protect our two other children?

Was there fraud?

Continuing to refer to the revelations by the detective from the Spanish agency hired by the McCanns, in the eyes of the law, yes there is fraud! Fraud in the creation of a fund to find Madeleine of which the money was mainly used to pay detectives who admit never having been hired to find Madeleine. 50,000 euors a month to divert attention from the investigation. Emotional fraud and that is, surely, the most serious. All those people who thought of themselves in solidarity, affected by Maddie's disappearance, pouring money into a fund which would help to find her. We all fell into the trap.

Ourselves, here, at the association, we cried, like you, imagining that poor child, abducted, alone without her security blanket to comfort her, crying with all her heart, away from her parents, panicked....And those things more truly horrible of which we would not speak here but which justified the creation of our association. To begin with, it played on the heartstrings until we realised that the theory of abduction was becoming hardly defensible, not to mention that the parents didn't hesitate to attack various media and collect considerable sums in "damages" following what was written by them. But those famous words could have been the absolute truth!!!

A mole in the PJ.

SOS Madeleine revealed the presence of a mole in the PJ, informing the parents in advance of various investigative operations that the team in charge of the case were going to set up. It is more understandable why the parents were in the middle of washing Maddie's pink comfort blanket as well as other clothes in the washing machine just before the arrival of the inspectors to seize the comfort blanket and the clothes with a view to DNA analysis!!! We could add a long list of worrying details in the parents' attitude but which perfectly explain themselves when we know that a member of thePJ was advising them of what was going to happen! Is this the attitude of people who have nothing to hide?

Anomalies in the case file on DVD

For some time, a small part of the complete case file (5,000 out of 30,000 pages!!!) has been accessible to the public. We have published some it it here, noting that it is necessary to be careful in publishing its contents. In fact, this DVD is not complete and only represents around 17% of the total. Our association, like probably all the other professionals in the field of police work, detected anomalies in the case file. In fact, some documents appeared doubtful, seen as suspicious. Some signatures, annotations, drew our attention. We communicated the information to whom it may concern, to be sent back to Portugal. Following that, and even though we had been aware for several weeks, the journalist Duarte Levy, in statements, yesterday on Portuguese television, revealed that there were documents in the case file which had been tampered with and manipulated. It is there, neither more nor less than forged pieces of writing. No comment. So, be careful what you read on various forums.

Death threats!

At the start of the broadcast in which the journalist we spoke about above, Duarte Levy, was participating, the director of the Portuguese television channel informed the viewers that Mr Levy had just, at that moment, received death threats on his mobile phone following his latest revelations. These threats are being taken seriously. According to our information, the journalist received two different calls. One from Portugal and the other from the UK, both threatening to kill him! If the revelations made by SOS Madeleine are false, and as a result the parents have nothing to hide, why threaten to kill people? Why does the McCann clan brandish, at the slightest opportunity, a threatening finger towards anyone who would not say the same things as them? Why try to silence the press?

In conclusion.

If the revelations from SOS Madeleine concerning the Metodo3 detectives and the PJ mole are correct, it could be deduced that the parents were not innocent, that Madeleine was not abducted. That there is fraud. And above all that the hoax is in the process of being shot down - as proof the various death threats - and that the truth will, in the end, see the light of day!!!

McCann case: Brian Kennedy ready to finance the McCanns for the rest of his life!

http://sosmaddie.dhblogs.be/

7/09/08

According to the British media, the multimillionaire Brian Kennedy is ready to finance Kate and Gerry McCann for the rest of his life, putting at the couple's disposal the entirety of his personal fortune, estimated at more than £450 million.

The information appeared after statements from the couple that they had spent more than a million pounds from the "Find Madeleine" fund, created after Madeleine's disappearance for the purpose of financing the search for the little British girl.

"A substantial sum has also been spent on our defence, but two benefactors covered those expenses, which means that the money from the fund was only used in the search for our daughter," Gerry McCann stated this weekend, without any mention of the money used by the couple to pay the mortgage on their house in Rothley.

According to the British media, Brian Kennedy had never met the McCanns before their daughter Madeleine's disappearance but he now maintains daily contact with the couple.

In the Maddie case, the millionaire is renowned for his hard-working presence on the ground: he personally met with Robert Murat, to whom he allegedly made several proposals concerning the case, and he contacted several witnesses, notably the Irish man Martin Smith, the witness who states that he saw Gerry McCann carrying Maddie in his arms on the night of May 3rd 2007. It was also Brian Kennedy who, in November 2007, went to the PJ, accompanied by Antonio Jiménez, the Metodo 3 detective, who later was to be arrested for involvement in the theft of 400 kg of cocaine in the port of Barcelona.

Fifth detective agency

Having taken the decision not to cooperate in the official investigation into their daughter's disappearance, already in May 2007, the McCanns had called on several companies associated with private investigation, communication and public relations, without any of them, however, being specialised in cases of disappearance or abduction.

After Control Risks, Metodo 3, Oakley International, and a still anonymous fourth agency, now there is the question of hiring a fifth private detective agency.

"Failing to find the little girl, they will still be able to claim and to prove in court that they did indeed search," a specialist in criminal law stated about the case.

Enfants Kidnappés: Robert Murat under surveillance?

http://www.kidnapping.be/maddie/maddie.html

Sophisticated surveillance equipment placed on Robert Murat.

The Portuguese press states that the British man accused in the enquiry into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, found surveillance devices and tracking equipment hidden in two cars. The internet page of the online estate agents has been pirated. This is the site, romigen.com. (Robert - RO - Michaela - MI - Gen for genesis, being creation)

"
Or, Murat n'a pas envoyé cet e-mail."

The email had been diverted to a another address. Last week, Robert Murat's lawyer received the lost important proof, a copy of a pirate email. The intrusion had been detected by Robert Murat himself around Christmas time. Sergey Malinka, a friend of Murat and a computer expert, telephined him because he strange the request that Murat had sent to him by email. However, Murat did not send that email.

"

Let's remember that in the initial phase of the enquiry into Madeleine's disappearance, the PJ had investigated Malinka and had seized his computer equipment, but the Russian citizen had not been placed under arguido status.

Before the phone call from Malinka, Robert Murat had made other discoveries. One day he wanted to repair a problem with his green Volkswagen Transporter. He got under the vehicle and discovered a strange device stuck underneath it. He checked the Skoda Fabia which he had lent to Michaela Walczuch, and under that car was stuck a tracking device.

"

The PJ was called to the site and the two devices were seized. The police guarantee that they have nothing to do with these devices. The devices used record the movements of the vehicles under which they are placed. After that it is sufficient to connect to a PC via a USB port to obtain the wanted information. We note that this type of equipment is openly sold on the net for around €180.

Both vehicles had been seized by the PJ last August and had been kept by them for two days. We note that this type of procedure is common practice in a number of European countries, in spite of the fact that quite often this procedure is strictly forbidden in law in these same countries. Often used by different police forces, but always officially denied.

"

This does not mean that the PJ is guilty of having placed them. In fact, others could have had an interest in placing a, "spy," in these vehicles...Metodo3 comes to mind. Especially as these methods are well within their way of working. But there are others who could have had recourse to this activity....certain investigative journalists could very well have installed this type of equipment...But equally certain, "authors," or, "co-authors," in Madeleine's disappearance could have an interest in following Robert Murat's movements.

SOS Madeleine McCann: "Metodo3 detective paid witnesses in Morocco."

http://sosmaddie.dhblogs.be/

"13.03.2008

A Metodo3 detective paid witnesses in Morocco.

M3 did everything to keep the MCanns

One of the detectives working for Metodo 3 had paid witnesses who claimed to have seen Madeleine in Morrocco. The accusation is made by a source from Morroccan security, responsible for witness interrogation in the kingdom, where Metodo 3's working methods are criticised by the authorities.

The arrest of Antonio Jimenez, one of the private detectives working for the McCanns, who is accused of links to the theft of several hundred kilos of cocaine and corruption of public servants, has reinforced the authorities suspicions regarding the work of the agency.

In the report of the interview, one of the witnesses heard by Morroccan security admitted to having received several thousand Euros from the Spanish detective, who asked him to keep the arrangement secret, "in order to not affect the investigations"

Antonio Jimenez, former chief inspector of the Unit for Drugs and Organised Crime, of the Barcelona police, was the trusted man in Morrocco of Francisco Marco, the director of M3 in Morocco. It was he who had "found" several witnesses who claimed to have seen Madeleine in the north of the country. The man even took several British journalists to the meet the witnesses.

According to the same source, the payments could have been made without the knowledge of Gerry and Kate McCann, which would push the investigators to believe that the detective had acted with the intention of allowing the Barcelona agency to, "score points," with public opinion and to keep for longer, the contract with Madeleine's parents, who are their biggest clients at the moment.

"We have been able to determine, with what the witness told us and the information that we have received from Spain, that Madeleine's parents did not ask the detective to behave in this way," stated the head of Moroccan security, adding that, "it is not ruled out that the detective agency could have been solely responsible for these acts ."

Previously, in November 2007, on the sidelines of the 76th Interpol General Assembly, in Marrakech, Morocco's Minister for the Interior, Chakib Benmoussa, stated that, "there has been no reason to think that little Madeleine could be in Morocco," an opinion confirmed by investigators on the ground.

Several voices, linked to the Portuguese and British police, have been raised on different occasions, to criticise the work of Matodo3. This is the case with Mark Williams-Thomas, British criminologist and expert on the subject of child protection, for whom the trail followed by Metodo3 that Madeleine had been abducted, to order, by a paedophile network and taken to Morocco, "demonstrates a lack of understanding of paedophiles and how they operate."

Since Madeleine McCann's disappearance, on May 3rd 2007, several dozen witnesses have claimed to have seen the little British girl, but it is after Metodo3 were contracted that the witness statements in the media have become more regular, indicating each time a trail towards Morocco, without the detective agency, to this day, being able to offer the least proof.

Francisco Marco, the high-profile director of Metodo3, had made an appearance with the promise that the little girl would be found before the end of a six month contract with Kate and Gerry McCann. Francisco even claimed that he knew the identity of the perpetrators of the abduction and that Madeleine would be with her parents for Christmas.

This is not the first time that members of M3 have been involved. In the past, five members of the Barcelona agency were arrested by the police in a serious story about illegal phone-tapping and corruption, notably Francisco Marco, his mother Maria Fernandez Lado, his father Francisco Marco Poyuelo, his brother Francisco Gabriel Fernandez Lado, and an employee Oscar Trujillo.

Clarence Mitchell, questioned about the accusations made against Metodo3, begins by stating, "that he knows nothing about it," and, "he is unable to comment," but quickly he takes up his role again as PR spokesperson and rationalises, stating that, "all methods are good," for the investigations of the private detectives: "It is possible that in the course of the investigation that they could have paid for information," admitted the PR spokesperson working for the McCanns.

Clarence Mitchell states that Metodo3, "keep the trust of those who pay their fees, because they find that they demonstrate their commitment and passion to find Madeleine. "

"The patrons are happy with their work on the ground....the times they were able to track down the alerts very quickly...in certain cases in the space of three hours and they are, quite simply, faster, much faster than Interpol or the police forces in the countries where they operate and so the patrons think that they are doing good work," states Clarence Mitchell, adding, "of course they have not yet found Madeleine, but neither have the police. We know that M3 work well. They have no need to prove it," concludes Clarence Mitchell.

Arade dam: Matodo3 have arrived!

http://www.kidnapping.be/maddie/maddie.html

We learn from the Portuguese press that a team from Metodo3 arrived today in the Algarve to participate in the research. Pieces of rope, plastic bags and a white sock (originally white) of which the fabric originates from northern Europe or England, were found in the waters of the Arade Dam. These findings Have reinforced the profound conviction of the Portuguese lawyer, Aragao Correia, that the body of Madeleine McCann is to be found there.

"

The search had been started three weeks ago but without success. Since Monday, a team of seven divers, helped by professionals from the Volunteer Firefighters of Portimao, specialised in searching for a body in deep water, have been carrying out searches in the waters of the lake, searches onorous financially to carry out privately by the lawyer on the one hand and on the other by the Portuguese Society of Engineering and Construction, led by José Paias. The lawyer in convinced that there is a 99% certainty that Madeleine's body is in the lake and that she was killed and thrown into the lake two days after her disappearance.

The McCann parents are furious about these searches.

Kate and Gerry reacted with, "fury," according to the British press, on learning that the divers had started excavations at the lake. The couple stated that the searches were a, "fantasy," having no other purpose than to attract , "publicity," for themselves while distracting the public from the real search for little Madeleine who, according to the parents, is alive somewhere. Relatives of the parents stated, "There is no proof that Madeleine is in the reservoir.

"

A TV show for ITV

The McCann parents are in talks with the channel ITV about a documentary on missing children. The film will feature Kate and Gerry and their experiences, concentrating on the ways that different countries react to the disappearance of a child. The production will focus on the Amber project in the United States, which posts alerts on billboards when a child disappears.

******************************************

It seems to me that for a system like the Amber Alert to work well, there needs to be as much information as possible to be placed with the alert. After all, the information is supposed to, "alert," other people to look out for the child. That information, as far as I have seen on Amber Alert tickers, usually includes a good description of the child, where they were last seen, what the child was wearing and description of person(s) and vehicles thought to be involved.

So, immediately following Madeleine's disappearance, would an Amber Alert have been useful? What information would have been available?

Last seen in her bed in a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz, wearing white...um.. no....pink pyjamas with Eeyore image. No vehicle description available. Person to look out for in connection with the disappearance? Well, a local bartender, shown a sketch from a witness' description, said the suspect looked like, "an egg with hair."

So, to sum up the information!
Holiday apartment, pink Eeyore pyjamas, egg with hair, blonde female child 90cm tall.

Well, not very helpful, I imagine!

SOS Madeleine McCann: parents threaten the Express newspaper group with legal action?

http://sosmaddie.dhblogs.be/

The McCanns want legal action to replenish the coffers of the Madeline Fund.

The lawyers for the McCann couple have initiated contacts with several British media, threatening them with legal action for their coverage in the case of the disappearance of their daughter Madeleine and their constitution as arguidos by the Portuguese authorities.

"

The Express group is, for the moment, the main target of the McCanns, who would like to obtain an amicable settlement, which would not rule out the payment of financial compensation.

"

Recently, the Daily Express, the main publication of the group, has withdrawn from its internet site all published articles about the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. The Express Group also publishes the Sunday Express, the Daily Star and the Daily Star on Sunday.

Clarence Mitchell, former journalist with the Daily Express and currently public relations spokesman for Gerry and Kate, said he was, "extremely dissatisfied with the Express Group's coverage," adding that this is, "the worst among the tabloids."

Under British law, the lawyers for Kate and Gerry McCann have one year after the publication of an article to decide if they wish to initiate legal action against its contents.

"

Clarence Mitchell stated that the money raised by a possible legal action would serve to replenish the coffers of the Madeleine fund, virtually empty after the fall in the number of donations.

"

The Madeleine Fund has been used, up to now, to make two monthly payments on the mortgage which the McCanns took out to buy their house, to fund the poster campaigns and a portion of the monthly payments to the detective agency Metodo 3.

Enfants Kidnappés: The British police in Portugal

A British police inspector went to Portugal this week in order to determine the methods for the new interrogations requested in the rogatory letters. Superintendent Stuart Prior came to Portugal and returned to the United Kingdom yesterday. The precise date when the interrogations will take place has not yet been determined. Thus, it is not known when the Portuguese detectives can go to England to take part in the interrogations.

"

Metodo3 contract extended

According to the British press, the detective agency Metodo3 remains, "in the service of the parents." In fact, the trustees of the Find Madeleine Fund voted to maintain Metodo3 as a detective agency and thus extend their contract.
